Ardington House Wedding
Zoe & Dave chose Ardington House in Oxfordshire as the venue for their wedding and reception. The house itself is a stunning Georgian mansion set amongst immaculate gardens with inspiring views of the nearby countryside - a perfect compliment to our relaxed and informal style of photography. The ceremony itself took place in a beautiful outdoor pagoda which sits on a small island in the field beyond the house itself. The groom and guests made their way across a small (but sturdy!) wooden bridge, whilst the bride made a fairy tale entrance in a vintage motor boat, decorated with colourful flags and with a group of swans forming a guard of honour.
After the formal part of the ceremony was over, the new Mr & Mrs Lynn made their way back across the lawns to share the good wishes of their guests who were enjoying fizz and nibbles, served in front of the house itself. The wedding breakfast took place in a permanent marquee situated close to the river - the perfect spot to enjoy some late afternoon sunshine whilst being entertained by funny and heart-warming speeches from the bride's parents, the groom and the best man.
